We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with World4You pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
No data is transferred to countries outside the European Union. Server log files are automatically deleted after an appropriate retention period.


Data Processing in the Context of Business Relationships

If you enter into a business relationship with us (e.g., within the scope of a service contract), we process the data you provide for the purpose of fulfilling pre-contractual measures and contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  • Billing and payment data
  • Correspondence related to the cooperation

Data Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes. Contract and billing data are generally retained for seven (7) years in accordance with §132 BAO and §212 UGB.

Contact details of business partners may be retained beyond this period if there is a legitimate interest in future collaboration (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Once the purpose of processing no longer applies and there are no legal obligations to retain the data, it will be deleted.

You may object to further retention at any time.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation, or unauthorized access (e.g., TLS encryption, access restrictions).
